Patient            :  Male, 41 yo
Clinical information    :  Lung TB and Suspect left lung tumor
History taking         :
Pain on his left arm and unable to rise it up, left eyelid unable to open,loss of weight, and back pain since about 3 month ago. Currently,no cough or cough mix with blood.

Imaging :

Conclusion : PANCOAST TUMOR.
